The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is once again making game day traffic information for University of Michigan, Michigan State University and Detroit Lions football fans available on the MDOT Web site.
You can find "Getting to the Game" information at www.michigan.gov/gettingtothegame.                                                               Game day travel alerts will be updated regularly throughout the season.

- Public parking in a University lot is $10 per vehicle.
- A free parking shuttle will run from Lawson Ice Arena to Waldo Stadium beginning four hours prior to kickoff.

- The shuttle will drop off and pick up fans at the corner of West Michigan and Stadium Drive.
- The shuttle will run every 10 minutes throughout the game.
- Two handicap accessible vans & golf carts will be available to transport patrons from Lot 10 to Lot 9 starting three hours prior to the game. 
- The vans will also transport patrons from Lot 6 to the stadium starting two hours prior to the game.  GO BRONCO'S !!

Curb Construction (westbound side) between Michigan and Water Streets.

(There will be lane closures starting 6 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28,) through 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, on M-40 controlled by a flagging operation for road repairs from the M-40/M-89 junction (124th Avenue) to 135th Avenue near Hamilton in Allegan County.
Vehicles wider than 12 feet are prohibited in the work zone during the closures.

M-89 | Allegan County  Construction
between Jefferson and Grant streets, single daytime lane restrictions, with traffic controlled by flagging operations. Sherman St is also closed, with a detour posted. Scheduled completion: Oct. 30.

Main St/I-94 Business Loop | Berrien County  Construction
between Third St and the St. Joseph River, CLOSED eastbound with one lane open westbound. Detours posted for eastbound motorists. Scheduled completion: Nov. 14.

Riverview Ave | Calhoun County  Construction
between Capital Ave and Wagner Dr, in Battle Creek CLOSED to through traffic. Scheduled completion: Late October.

S Ave | Pavilion Township  Construction
between Sprinkle Rd and 29th St, CLOSED to through traffic for resurfacing. Scheduled completion: Mid-October.

I-94 in Berrien County
MDOT will be installing 18 miles of median cable barriers & guardrails on I-94 from US-12 to I-94 Business Loop in Bridgman
End Date: June 2010

Nightly lane closures beginning Monday, Oct. 5, through Saturday, Oct. 10, on westbound I-94 in Kalamazoo County from Portage Road to Oakland Drive for shoulder widening construction.
The closures will be from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Friday, and from 10 p.m. Friday through 9 a.m. Saturday.
Work is weather dependent.

between Oakland Dr and Lovers Lane, nighttime lane and shoulder closures. Scheduled completion: 2011. 

I-94 | Eastbound | and Westbound | Calhoun County  Construction
from west of Helmer Rd to 6 1/2 Mile Rd, lane shifts. Scheduled completion: Nov. 13.

I-94 in Calhoun County, Construction has begun with the demolition of the remaining segments of the old bridges. Both bridges, east- and westbound, are expected to be completed and open to traffic by Dec. 1. During construction, two lanes of traffic will be maintained in each direction with a traffic shift.

US-131

Left Lane Closures due to the Installation of 'Median Cable Barriers' on both Northbound & Southbound US-131 in Allegan County. (Main concentration currently, mid-Allegan county.) Remember 45 MPH when workers are present. Scheduled Completion: October 9th
